JCFiber is committed to complying with U.S. copyright and related laws, and requires all customers and users of the service to comply with these laws.
JCFiber has adopted this Acceptable Use Policy to outline the acceptable use of JCFiber’s Broadband Service. This AUP is in addition to any restrictions contained in the JCFiber service agreement.
JCFiber provides this Network Transparency Statement in accordance with the FCC’s Restoring Internet Freedom Rules to ensure that you have sufficient information to make informed choices about the purchase of broadband services.
