How do I know if fiber is available to me?
Click here or go to our Fiber Availability page to see if your address is eligible for fiber. If your address is within our zones, you can submit a fiber interest form.
Are there any data caps or limits on my internet?
There are zero limits on your internet. Stream away with no interuptions.
Who sets up my fiber for me?
A Ninestar Connect technician will be setting up the fiber connection for your home.
How do I pay my bill?
Click here or click the Log In button in the menu to pay your fiber bill.
Can I upgrade my internet package after purchasing it?
Yes. If you would like to upgrade your experience to a higher package, call us at 317-326-3131 and we will be happy to help.
What equipment is included at setup?
You have the option to buy your own router or rent one from JCFiber. Our Managed WiFi router is included for the 300Mb, 600Mb, and 1Gb packages for their contract term. All other packages have the option of renting for a small fee per month. See our Managed WiFi page for more information.
How do I get started with fiber to my home?
Click on the Fiber Availability tab and fill out our interest survey. Follow the prompts and we will be notified that you are interested in our fiber optic service. If service is available in your area, a customer service representative will reach out. If service isn’t yet available in your area, we will save your information for when it becomes available.
Can I add parental controls to my home internet?
Yes you can. After installation of your Managed WiFi router, you can download Calix CommandIQ from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and register your router through the app to see the features your router has to offer.
Is TV or phone service available to me?
JCFiber does not provide TV or phone services, but we can guide you to the numerous options available.
Why does the login page to pay my bill say Ninestar Connect?
JCFiber is a partnership between JCREMC and Ninestar Connect. Therefore, it is all tied to the same billing.
